    Belfast man sentenced for breaching probation

    Conaire Whyte-Adams, a 30-year-old from west Belfast, was sentenced to nine months in jail for breaching a probation order after previously being convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl. He was found in possession of drugs and resisted police during an arrest. Judge Patrick Lynch noted Whyte-Adams's troubled background and multiple previous convictions.
