    Ireland's inflation rate decreased to 3.1% in July from 3.2% in June, according to the Central Statistics Office. Despite a 1.7% monthly drop in energy prices, they remain up 6.5% year-on-year. Food prices rose by 0.3% last month. Consumer sentiment is heavily influenced by rising costs, with 42% of respondents citing household expenses as their main concern.
