    EY and a partner have been fined £1.2 million for audit failures related to Made.com. The Financial Reporting Council stated that the auditors relied too heavily on the company's forecasts without adequate challenge. The audit deficiencies contributed to Made's collapse in November 2022, resulting in significant job losses. The fines were reduced due to early admission of guilt.
