    Solicitors are continuing their withdrawal of services over disputes regarding the new legal aid payment system, which began today and will last for three days. Despite positive discussions between the Law Society and Minister for Justice Jim O'Callaghan, concerns remain about the new fee structure that solicitors deem unworkable. The Department of Justice claims the changes will reduce system abuse.
