    Important social welfare changes are set for July, August, and September in Ireland. The income threshold for Carer's Benefit will increase to €1,000 per week in July. The Back to School Clothing and Footwear Allowance will also be issued. Additionally, the Fuel Allowance season is expected to resume on September 21, benefiting over 470,000 households.
