    Shein has reported a net loss of $99 million for the first quarter, attributed to the impact of the US scrapping an import duty exemption on small packages. The fast fashion retailer's sales increased slightly to $9.05 billion, but the removal of the exemption has adversely affected its US sales and could impact European revenues as well.
