    Lammy and Reeves exit after Burnham takes power

    David Lammy, Rachel Reeves, and Steve Reed are among the first senior ministers to leave their positions following Andy Burnham's appointment as Prime Minister. Lammy expressed pride in his service, while Reeves highlighted the strength of the economy under Labour. Peter Kyle, the former business secretary, also lost his job as Burnham begins to form his Cabinet.
