    Château La Coste, an Irish-owned vineyard in Aix-en-Provence, is becoming a favored choice for summer rosé. Owned by Paddy McKillen, the estate spans 200 hectares and has been certified organic since 2009. Its new Madame B rosé, created with artist Damien Hirst, features unique bottle designs and is now available in Ireland.
