    Wicklow Man Denied Bail for Vehicle Theft

    Michael Southern, a 25-year-old from Wicklow, has been denied bail after being charged with unauthorized vehicle taking and another driving offense. He allegedly stole a work jeep, crashed it, and overturned it. The court cited the seriousness of the charges, which could result in a €20,000 fine or up to five years in prison. He remains in custody until July 13.
