    US probe finds engine part shattered window on Ryanair flight

    A preliminary report by the NTSB revealed that an engine fan blade broke off a Ryanair flight shortly after take-off from Thessaloniki, Greece, causing a window to shatter. A 61-year-old man was partially sucked out but was rescued by fellow passengers. The incident resulted in cabin pressure loss and injuries to the man, who received medical assistance after landing.
