    Tipperary Ghost Estate Receives Planning Approval

    A ghost estate in Tipperary, consisting of 22 homes built in 2003, has received planning approval for completion after nearly two decades of vacancy. An Coimisiún Pleanála granted permission despite previous drainage concerns. Subgero Ltd aims to finalize the estate, which has faced local objections regarding safety and habitability. Conditions for infrastructure improvements were included in the approval.
