    Three individuals from Wicklow are facing court charges related to an alleged hate crime at the Woodpecker Public House. Brendan Kennedy and Clive Devlin are charged with assault under the Hate Offences Act, while Karen O’Neil faces a public order offence. Their case has been adjourned until November 17, 2026, amid a nationwide withdrawal of legal aid services.
