    The 'Right to Be Forgotten' legislation is anticipated to pass in the Seanad today. This law will require insurers to ignore certain cancer-related medical histories for mortgage protection applications, benefiting cancer survivors. The remission period has been reduced from seven to five years, and the mortgage protection threshold has increased to €650,000.
