    Jeffrey Donaldson, a convicted paedophile and former MP, received nearly £12,000 from the Ministry of Defence for consultancy on a peace process in Cameroon. The payments occurred in 2018 and 2019, outside his roles with peacebuilding companies. Concerns have been raised regarding the appropriateness of these payments and Donaldson's conduct following his recent conviction for historical sex abuse offences.
