    Ireland's Dáil has approved legislation to establish the country's first domestic violence judgements register, known as Jennie's Law. This law will create a public register for individuals convicted of domestic violence against partners, aiding those in relationships to check for violent histories. The law honors Jennifer Poole, a victim of domestic violence in 2021.
