    Charles Leclerc won the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, ending a 624-day winless streak. George Russell's championship bid was strengthened as Kimi Antonelli suffered a suspension failure, finishing in 16th place. Max Verstappen crashed out while in third, leading to a safety car deployment. Russell finished second, reducing Antonelli's championship lead from 43 to 25 points.
