    High Court Orders Damages in Franchise Dispute

    The High Court in Dublin has ordered Riad Bouchaker, a former Supermac’s franchisee, to pay over €96,000 in damages for breaching the franchise agreement. Bouchaker was also found guilty of eight counts, including attempted murder of three children during a stabbing incident in November 2023, which resulted in severe injuries and riots.
