    Ireland has enacted a new law granting five days of paid leave to women who experience a miscarriage before 23 weeks or have an abortion. This legislation, approved by the Cabinet, aims to provide support for women facing pregnancy loss. The leave requires medical certification and is compensated at 70% of the daily rate, capped at €110.
