    Man Convicted of Sexual Offenses Against Brother

    Paul Kelly, 47, from Killarney, was convicted of multiple sexual offenses against his younger brother, Anthony, between 1995 and 1999. He received a seven and a half year prison sentence after being found guilty of 12 counts of sexual assault and two counts of oral rape. His appeal was rejected by the Court of Appeal, which upheld the trial judge's decisions.
