    James Watt, co-founder of BrewDog, is under scrutiny from the UK Information Commissioner’s Office following complaints about his outreach to former shareholders. This comes after BrewDog's acquisition by Tilray Brands, which rendered many investor shares worthless. Watt has made a bid to regain control of BrewDog through his new company, Second Best, raising GDPR concerns.
