    Minimum wage increase recommendation by Low Pay Commission

    The Low Pay Commission is set to recommend a 5.6% increase in the minimum wage to the Government, raising it from €14.15 to €14.94 per hour. This proposal will be considered by Minister for Enterprise Peter Burke, with any changes expected to be announced on Budget Day. The minimum wage has seen annual increases since 2016.
