    EasyJet, founded by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, began its operations with its first flight from Luton to Glasgow on November 10, 1995. The airline has since grown to operate nearly 576,000 flights and serve about 20 UK airports, carrying approximately 50 million passengers annually. It is one of Europe's largest airlines, operating 1,207 routes in 38 countries.
