    Wexford Athlete Wins Male Active Champion Award

    Jim Byrne, a Wexford athlete, received the Male Active Champion Award at the Active Disability Awards after winning three gold medals at the Special Olympics Ireland Games. The event highlighted initiatives promoting active lifestyles for people with disabilities, attended by over 120 representatives from disability services across Ireland. Byrne's journey began in 2015 through a Rehabilitative Training program.
