    NTA Faces Costs Over Failed Irish Rail IT Project

    The National Transport Authority (NTA) will cost taxpayers €100,000 weekly while deciding on terminating a failed €50 million IT project with Irish Rail, which is two years behind schedule. A €200,000 review is underway, with no new public bus services launched this year. Irish Rail has requested to end its contract with Indra, but no timeline has been provided.
