    Resident awarded €2,500 for gym access discrimination

    A resident of a social housing block was awarded €2,500 after being denied access to an on-site gym. The Workplace Relations Commission found her complaint well founded, stating she was discriminated against based on her housing status. The property management company failed to respond to her inquiries and did not attend the hearing regarding the complaint.
