    Smyths Toys Removes E-Scooters for Children

    Smyths Toys has stopped selling e-scooters marketed for children due to upcoming government regulations. These e-scooters, previously aimed at kids over six, can reach speeds of up to 16kmh. The Irish government plans to enforce stricter rules, including age restrictions and mandatory safety gear, in response to rising injuries among children from e-scooter accidents.
