    Segro accepts £14 billion takeover from Prologis

    British warehouse developer Segro has agreed to a £14 billion takeover offer from US firm Prologis after previously rejecting three offers. The deal, which values Segro shares at 1,032p, includes £3.5 billion in cash and will lead to a secondary share listing in London. Both companies aim to combine their strengths in logistics and data infrastructure.
