    Sea view properties surge 27% in value since 2019

    According to a new report by Rightmove, the value of sea view properties in Britain has increased by 27% since 2019, with average asking prices now at £298,810. The East Midlands and Yorkshire & the Humber saw the largest increases at 55% and 53%, respectively. The South East remains the most expensive region for sea view homes.
