    Scrambler crash victim's parents urge Government action

    The parents of Grace Lynch, who died after being hit by a scrambler in Dublin, are calling on the Government to enforce stricter laws regarding scrambler bikes. They emphasize the need for gardaí to receive pursuit training and for the sale of scramblers to be halted. Since 2021, four deaths and 59 injuries have been reported from scrambler incidents.
