    The European Union's General Court dismissed Ryanair's appeals against an Italian COVID aid scheme for airlines, which included €130 million in subsidies, later increased by €100 million. The court found the aid compliant with EU law and non-discriminatory, rejecting Ryanair's claims of unfairness and procedural violations by the European Commission. The case had been referred back by the Court of Justice.
