    PSNI Denies Release of Convicted Rapist's Image

    The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) has declined to publish a custody image of convicted rapist Muhammad Akbar Nabi, despite concerns from a former detective who believes he may be a serial offender. Nabi was convicted in 2013 for rape and sexual assault in 2010. The PSNI stated that images cannot be released retrospectively.
