    The UK government is investing £12.5 million to convert libraries into music lending spaces featuring free studios and live performance opportunities. This initiative, part of the Turn It Up: Our Plan for Music, aims to enhance music education access for children and young people across England. The program will be co-designed with Ed Sheeran's charity and other partners.
