    Premier League officials have decided against implementing Fifa's hydration breaks, which allow for three-minute drink intervals during matches. This decision comes after discussions with referees' chief Howard Webb and has been met with relief from English football fans who opposed the measure. The league will instead adopt two new rules from the World Cup.
