    OPW Addresses River Dargle Flood Scheme Concerns

    The Office of Public Works (OPW) has responded to Bray residents' concerns about the River Dargle Flood Relief Scheme, which protects 660 homes and businesses from flooding. Wicklow County Council manages maintenance, with OPW reimbursing costs totaling €186,195.73 from 2021 to 2025. The OPW confirmed that debris is disposed of safely to maintain the flood management system's effectiveness.
