    Ireland Sees Record New Business Registrations

    In the first half of 2026, Ireland recorded nearly 15,000 new company registrations, a 13% increase from the previous year, marking the highest total in 30 years. June was particularly busy with 2,744 registrations. The IT sector led the growth with a 62% rise in startups, while commercial court judgments against businesses saw a significant decrease.
