    Brian Conrad Neill, 56, appeared in Dungannon Magistrates’ Court charged with incitement to hatred after a mosque replica was placed on a bonfire. Judge Barney McElholm criticized the act as hateful and refused bail, citing public safety concerns. Neill claimed he was unaware of the mosque structure while assisting masked individuals at the bonfire.
