    Motorcyclist Killed in Skerries 100 Road Race

    A motorcyclist in his 50s died in a collision during the Skerries 100 road race in Dublin on July 5. The race was abandoned as a mark of respect following the incident, which occurred shortly before noon at Duke's Bend. Emergency services pronounced the rider dead at the scene. An investigation is underway by Gardai.
