    Lebanon seeks complete Israeli withdrawal from occupied areas

    Lebanon's Prime Minister Nawaf Salam announced efforts for a "complete Israeli withdrawal" from occupied territories during a visit to Zawtar al-Gharbiya. This follows a US-sponsored agreement aimed at disarming Hezbollah and facilitating Israeli military withdrawal. Despite ongoing tensions, over 700,000 people have returned home since recent agreements. Salam emphasized the need for security and essential services for residents.
