    Law student charged with explosives near Irish border

    Isobella Perrie Sullivan, a 25-year-old law student from Co Kildare, has been charged with possession of explosives after a bomb was intercepted near the Irish border. She was stopped while driving in Co Monaghan, where a bag containing Semtex and a detonator was found. Sullivan claims she was unaware of the bag's contents and has been granted bail with conditions.
