    Martina Dillon, a justice campaigner from Tyrone, has died without achieving justice for her husband, Seamus Dillon, who was murdered in 1997. Her solicitor stated that she was failed by the British state and the Legacy Act, which halted her husband's inquest. Dillon was known for her relentless fight for truth and justice regarding her husband's death.
