    Judge Adjourns Careless Driving Case Against Flannery

    Daniel Flannery, 20, had a careless driving case adjourned after being recorded driving at 130km/h on the N4 in Sligo. He did not attend Sligo District Court, where Garda John Carroll reported pursuing him at 160km/h. Flannery has prior convictions for careless driving and an unpaid Fixed Charge Penalty Notice. The case is rescheduled for December 10.
