    Ireland Rejects Support for Russian Military Efforts

    Taoiseach Micheál Martin affirmed that Ireland will not permit materials from the Limerick refinery to aid Russia's military. This statement followed a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who called for stronger EU sanctions against the refinery, currently under investigation for allegedly supplying alumina to Russian smelters. Discussions on accommodation support for Ukrainians were also addressed.
