    Investigations into soldier's death may take 18 months

    The coroner announced that investigations into the death of Lance Bombardier Ciara Sullivan, who died after falling from her horse at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, could last up to 18 months. An inquest was opened but adjourned pending findings from the Health and Safety Executive and Defence Safety Authority. A provisional cause of death was noted as chest injuries.
