    INMO to ballot members for strike action

    The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO) plans to ballot its members for potential industrial action, including strikes, due to dissatisfaction with the Government's handling of public sector pay negotiations. The previous pay deal expired on June 30, and INMO seeks realistic pay increases amid rising costs for nurses and midwives. Other unions are also considering similar actions.
