    Staff at St Joseph’s Centre, a dementia care home in Dublin, are set to strike for 72 hours over a pay dispute after failed negotiations with management. The union Siptu claims management has not regraded staff roles despite increased responsibilities. Concerns over understaffing and the need for proper training and pay have prompted this action.
