    Ireland Implements Hosepipe Ban Due to Water Shortage

    Uisce Eireann has announced a Water Conservation Order effective from July 16 to August 26, impacting Dublin, south Tipperary, and parts of Kildare, Meath, Wexford, and Wicklow. The ban is a response to a 20% surge in water demand due to hot weather. Households and businesses are prohibited from using hosepipes for non-essential purposes.
