    Thalha Jubair, 20, and Owen Flowers, 18, conducted a serious hack on Transport for London's online network, leading to £29 million in damages. The attack forced all 27,000 TfL employees to reset passwords and disrupted services. The hackers, linked to the group Scattered Spider, had high-level access that could have caused catastrophic damage to transport systems.
