    EU warns Ireland over working conditions directive

    The European Commission has warned Ireland and seven other countries for not fully adopting an EU directive on transparent working conditions. This legislation aims to provide workers with clear information about employment terms and strengthen protections against abusive practices. Infringement procedures have been initiated, giving these countries two months to respond and align their laws with the directive.
