    Domestic violence register law approved by Dáil

    Ireland's Dáil has approved legislation to create the country's first domestic violence judgments register, known as Jennie's Law. This law, named after Jennifer Poole, aims to include individuals convicted of domestic violence against partners on a public register. It will help potential partners identify those with serious domestic violence convictions. The bill will now be signed into law by the President.
