    Detectives seek witnesses in 2000 murder case

    Detectives are appealing for information regarding the murder of Andrew Cairns, who was shot at a bonfire in Larne, Co Antrim, on July 11, 2000. Despite several arrests, no one has been convicted for his murder. The PSNI urges anyone who witnessed the attack, which occurred in front of hundreds, to come forward and assist in the investigation.
